"Best fish and chip shop in the district. Unfortunately there is usually waiting times of upto and over an hour, especially on weekends. Recommend calling in advance, you may still have to wait for your order but it wont be nearly as long."

"As a local, we're very lucky to have the lovely couple managing Hook to Plate and their staff. I really enjoy their quality-battered flake, chips and occasional pickled onion. Great potato cakes, and I will try the hamburgers sometime as recommended by another customer. Thank you for looking after us especially 2020."
